Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your order of Brooch or Magnet size (2-3 weeks for Framed size/ 5-6 weeks for Whole body size) to be shipped. You will get a shipping confirmation via email as soon as it’s available. While we are doing our best to maintain our order/shipping schedules, there may be delays in order processing and shipping due to the volume of orders and COVID-19.
Please kindly note that studiofeltcute does not profit from any delivery fee and the fees are automatically calculated by our courier service.
Returns
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please note that due to Handmade items and characteristics of materials, products might look different from pictures. While we do our best to make it perfect, but as material is a wool roving from sheep, it tends to deform easy. Therefore, minor defects will not be eligible for return as each creation is made-to-order and personalized.
