This express class is the perfect place to start! Unlike our 3-session and 5-session workshops that focus on realistic pet portraits, this express class keeps it light and playful with a cute, character-style version of a dog—no detailed sculpting required. You’ll choose from one of two pre-designed breeds - Poodle / French Bulldog, and bring it to life using simple techniques and soft wool.

Designed especially for beginners, it’s the perfect way to try something creative, even if you’ve never picked up a felting needle before. This class is a fast, easy, and super fun way to dive into felting with no stress, no pressure, just fluff, smiles, and a handmade dog you’ll be proud of!

What Will You Make?

Before class, you’ll select the colors you’d like to use from our studio’s pre-made color palette.

This helps us prepare everything in advance so you can jump right into the fun when you arrive!

Unlike our quick express class, this course allows more time for individual features, fur texture, and personality, while keeping sessions short and beginner-friendly.

This in-depth course is designed for confident beginners who want a focused, skill-building experience and returning students/hobbyists who want to take their needle felting to the next level.With personalized support and step-by-step instruction, you’ll learn to layer, sculpt, and detail wool into a portrait that truly captures your pet’s personality.

This framed-size format is ideal for achieving the most realistic look and advanced detailing. The framed-size format is significantly larger itself than the keyring size, giving you more room to sculpt, layer, and refine. That extra space means more lifelike results, deeper dimension, and advanced realism.
